As a TEFL faculty member at Taibah University, I have founded and led its 1st unit of quality & development to accomplish (full-unconditioned) academic accreditation where I have thus far initiated & attended more than 23 review sessions either as a quality mentor or a language interpreter. I vigorously headed up the A&E Testing Team to set up, administer & monitor all mid & final exams on all campuses. Accordingly, by the grace of Allah, I have received many well-deserved national & international awards, e.g., ELT Academic Excellence Award from the American University in Cairo and the Admin Efficacy & Productivity awards from Taibah University in Saudi Arabia. I was also officially nominated as the only non-Saudi member of the Board of Directors of Saudi TESOL.

I have 25+ years of seasoned experience. As the Head of Quality & Development Unit; Senior Consultant of Education, HR & Assessment; Assistant Prof of TESOL & English Curriculum (with expanded supervisory roles & key memberships), I worked at Taibah University for 12 years. I also had the honor of working at some leading American, British, Egyptian & Saudi universities (e.g., GSU, UEA, AUC & UK-AOU), along with the EU-Education program of the World Bank for about 15 years. I was also honored to manage many distinguished partnerships with several prestigious national, regional, and international bodies and entities such as Madinah Institute for Leadership & Entrepreneurship (MILE), McGraw Hill, Oxford University, Pearson Education, Tatweer Company for Educational Services (T4edu), Vision 2030 Transformation Program, TU-Strategic Planning Board and the Standing Committee for Talent, Creativity & Excellence. Consequently, I have been involved in many transformational initiatives & innovative projects to which I have contributed and learned much. Prominent examples of these endeavors include A National Strategy to Raise the Level of the Teaching Profession for Saudi Vision 2030; An Effective Evaluation System for Academic Professors; Enhanced Standards for Student Admission; a Comprehensive Evaluation Initiative; Data-driven Digitalization; an Examination Hub; Faculty Change Management. On a personal level, I consider myself a lifelong learner & true-global citizen with a profound passion to truly impact & help people help themselves in reaching their full potential.
